Last time, Blinko had inadvertently become a Road Rover during a bid to avoid Plotz and his men. However, before his sibling, Sirrus could repair the Transdogmafier and turn Blinko back to normal, a call was heard, and the Rovers were off to the uncharted regions of Catseye Island, where two Felo-Mutants became the rulers. Upon arriving, the Rovers had to avoid a gauntlet of traps, in order to make it to the Cat’s Claw Fortress. What horrors await them now?
